"DO NOT and I cannot emphasis this enough DO NOT USE Universal Supply. I was told that when I went into Universal if I placed my order with them that day, I would not see the price increase on my Marvin windows. We spent 5 hours with Craig placing the order. It took him 5 hours to read prints which seemed absurd. We ran home got a check (30 minutes away) brought it back. Craig said we needed to confirm 1 window Monday morning with him to again make it before the price increase. After his change, our emailed in response was "CONFIRMED". We were then told that we didn't make it in time before the price increase. All that running around for nothing. But we kept the order. They cashed our check that Friday. A month later we emailed to see how our order was doing, if it was still on track. THEY NEVER PLACED THE ORDER!!! They had our money for over a month and never placed our order and never followed up with us. Now they are telling us our 12 week lead time was now 20 weeks! Delaying our project for 3 months! We asked for our money back on the 18th. They said a check would go out Friday. We follow up the following Wednesday because still no check. Come to find out they didn't make the cut off for the check to be cut the 20th. The cut off was the 18th.....when we asked for our money. So we did meet the cut off they just didn't submit to corporate. Now they are saying the check won't be cut until the 27th and it takes 10 days so I won't see our money until June 13th. They sat on our money for over 2 months without ever placing an order!!!! Do not ever do business with this company, they are atrocious."

"Went out of there way to find discontinued siding for me, and gave me a discount and had it shipped in from Pleasantville at no extra cost. Awesome. Great place to deal with, its no wonder I bought my roof there 15 years ago, they are just great to deal with."

"I bought some Andersen doors from this place. It took two weeks to come in. When I went to pick them up, I stood around a little longer than I would have liked. They seemed a bit unorganized or maybe they were just very busy. Overall I am happy with this supplier."
