"Brian in the showroom is very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was just OK, but in full disclosure I had them do the work when I was away. They did not move the furniture back so my wife and I had to do it, although they did credit me $35 because of it. The tile we had them place in the bedroom was not in the orientation that I asked them to place it. A border piece was not glued down and when their installer came back to re-glue it I asked him about the tile orientation and why it wasn’t done the way I requested and he told me he was never told about the orientation issue so he just did what he thought was best."
