"Went to the deptford store first to make a return and I was turned away. Then I went to the Blackwood store and was turned away again. I ended up calling the Pennsauken store to verify I wouldn't be turn away again and the manager there said that I shouldn't have been turned away to begin with. She said ask for the team lead to make the return and then once I did I was able to make my return. It shouldn't have taken all of that to make a return. Terrible customer service experience."
"If you need any tools, this is the first place you go if you are on a budget. Not as many options as what you would see in home depot or Lowes, but to sleep on this place is a mistake. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, it's not a one stop shop and they don't always have what I need. But the prices can't be beat."
