"Let me start by saying I don’t normally like any type of chain restaurant being a foodie myself. We went with the baby as usual and the high chair was better than normal. Most negative reviews here are for wait times, or people complaining that a typically greasy food is too greasy. I went with the tuna and my wife ordered the seasonal tacos. Both meals were very good and WAY less expensive than comparable places. The new building looked very nice inside. My old fashioned tasted like it was made from scratch. The server was very nice and our food was our quick despite it seeming busy for a Monday. I can only rate the place based on our experience tonight and it was great. I was coming in with low expectations. It was a great weekday place to bring a kid and the food was great. I would definitely go again, but probably continue to avoid the greasy items and weekends. For two people with tip and drinks it was only 80$."

"The margarita flight was well made. The short rib tacos were definitely lacking in how much meat was put on them. Pile of tomatoes and cilantro with a tablespoon and a half of meat underneath. The short rib didn't really have a lot of seasoning. The philly cheese steak egg rolls were good. Our bartender was friendly and fast. My problem is that she was the sole bar tender for the huge wrap around bar that they have and it was about 65% full. They had 5 people standing at the greeter station up front and this girl busting hump behind the bar cleaning and serving patrons. I'll probably give this location another chance but not a great first impression. See pictures below."

"This was my first time at the West Springfield, Wood n Tap location. I highly recommend for either a family night out or date night! Our waitress Brittany V was incredible, and made us feel very welcomed. The food was 5 out 5 stars. My husband got the Steak chopped salad, the steak was tender, and nicely cooked, the flavor was a out of this world. I ordered the Candied BLT off their new Fall menu, it was served with waffle fries, I’m not a huge fries gal, but these waffle fries were awesome (dipped in a side a ranch, thank me later lol). Overall, my husband and I were very happy with our experience and we will be returning for sure!"

"Today was my first time in this restaurant. Started off with wings. Loved them. Then, the baby back ribs. The bbq sauce was great and they were fall off the bone good. Juicy and tender. Parmeasan fries were excellent. I would say they should take the place of America's favorite fries. The bourbon steak was also amazing. The subtle sweetness was so good and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert the creme brulee was the perfect finish to the meal. Will definitely come here again! There is a very good variety of items on the menu, there is something for everyone!"
