La Vita Restaurant 301 South Main Road, Vineland, NJ 08360

"I went there with my family on the day after Thanksgiving. We were seated promptly and had a good meal. When I reviewed the check I noticed an error. The menu stated that I could add a cup of soup to my meal for $3. Both my son and I did just that. However, we were charged $6. for the soups and I pointed this out to the waitress. She responded by saying that we ordered a soup that didn't qualify for the $3. price ( how would we know?). For $6. it was not worth arguing. I'll talk with my feet - I will never eat there again."

"We have been there for breakfast on two occasions both times we found the omelet station to be superb. The buffet was a step above average. The creamed chipped beef could have actually had chip beef in it. They did not have toast on the buffet. However, the waitress was very happy to bring me toast to order. My buddies and I eat breakfast now around Vineland every Sunday morning what makes lavita a notch above the other places is the tremendous service. Much better service than I would expect for a buffet. Even the manager came over to pay us a visit. I have to mention the omelettes again, as they were perfectly made with the many ingredients offered. I should have taken photos. The interior of this restaurant is new and quite beautiful."

"Food was very good!! Very flavorful, from apps to main course. Menu selection was perfect and enjoy seeing a “ daily special”. Area needed a place like this for a LONG time. Service was friendly, timely and very accommodating. Will DEFINITELY be returning!! ( G/F pasta was a bonus )"

"If you are within 30 minutes to Vineland, NJ and you like Italian food then you definitely want to go out of your way to try this place. The food was absolutely delicious, I had the eggplant parmigiana with a side of pasta. They have a small room in the back of the restaurant for private parties. You can’t go wrong with this I highly recommend it."

"No flavor in my shrimp scampi. Shrimp was over cooked and chewy and way to much butter and oil in the pasta didn’t taste anything like scampi, but more like butter. They put tons of garlic in it but I couldn’t even taste that…The waitress Dana was amazing and the place looked great but doesn’t make up for the bad food."
