"I was calling them from 1:30 to 1:50 pm No answer. I show up at 2:00 pm to get the lunch combo waited a few minutes for someone to come up to the front registers. Then the girl says it's past 2:00pm can't take your order So I just left .. Bad customer service."

"Listen man I get it , ceasers is cheap pizza but man it helps when you're in a pinch , but come on, everything was fine up until the point where I go to take a slice and it's still connected to the whole pizza , slice better."

"I have been seeing commercials for the pretzel crust pizza. It looked good so I decided to try it for only $6.99. I went to my car and took a peek. I went right back inside and told them they got my order wrong. (Look closely at the pictures. Do you see anything which remotely resembles a pretzel?) The very kind server told me that that was the pretzel crust pizza and that because they don't do it in the store very often this is what it looks like. (Umm, what?!) I got tongue-tied and all I could do was to ask again if this were the pretzel crust and he told me that it was. It didn't taste like a pretzel either. I got "got" but I got what I paid for for $6.99, I guess. I'm pretty disappointed."

"Pizza was great. Service...not so much. Was ignored by the cashier out front. Not even an acknowledgment from them. Had to wait for the cook to bring my order out before being recognized."

"I used the app to order ahead and pay. It was easy to navigate and let's you know the progress of your order as it is prepared. What I liked most was that when my order was ready I was able to walk into the store, type my 3 digit code into the pizza portal, the door with my order popped open, I grabbed my stuff, and walked out. There was no waiting in line, and no verbal or financial transaction necessary. I guess depending on your order there may be need for interaction if you ordered a particular dip or sauce or a beverage. The facility was clean and the food was fresh and hot. I ordered the extra most best pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni cheeser cheeser, and a garlic butter dip."
