"I would just like to share our recent experience of working with Eastern Shore, in particularly Bob Douglas. Our clubhouse at Marsh Farm Estates was completed in 2021. Recently, the Fire Marshal was called to inspect our clubhouse since there were some concerns related to adequate exits from our pool area and clubhouse. The Fire Marshal conducted the inspection and found several violations for which we were cited. One of the violations was an entrapment area caused by the installation of the fencing and gates. Eastern Shore was the first company that we reached out to, based on work recently completed at Marsh Island's clubhouse, which is located across the street from us. Bob Douglas came out that same day since we were in jeopardy of having to close our pool for the remainder of the summer. Bob provided multiple options to us that would resolve our issue while remaining cost effective. Based on Board policy, we still had to obtain multiple estimates from various companies, but it was clear that Easter Shore’s approach and cost stood out against the competitors. Once the materials arrived, the Eastern Shore team completed all the necessary work in just one day. We just received final signoff from the Fire Marshal and all citations have now been resolved. We could not have accomplished this is such a short time if it was not for the dedication from Bob and his team. Throughout the entire process, Bob continued to emphasize the importance of doing the work right the first time. "I’ve tried to get them put up my backyard fence twice. First summer I called them to get an estimate mid-July and waited for them for a month, no one showed up after several attempts of me calling. The summer was almost over by then and I ended up putting off till next year. Same thing, called for an estimate, someone finally showed up after a week or so and said they’ll get back to me with the estimate in a week, waited for a couple weeks, no one showed up, or followed up. So I gave up on this company and built through an acquaintance’s company."

"Called for estimate on fence. Jake came on Thursday. Would send estimate. Left messages no response. Finally talked to him the following Thursday. He said he'd try to send it. Advised him I was waiting in his as I had other estimates. He wanted to know what they were. I said no. He never sent his estimate. Really bad customer service. Will not ever give them business"

"We had our fence and garbage enclosure installed this week and it’s awesome! The fence is done just in time to move our doggies in! We worked with Jake and he was great! Was very good at getting back to us and did a great job fulfilling our vision! Our fence and enclosure are absolutely awesome! Ryan and they installation crew were fabulous and did a great job!! I asked for handles and they even added handles to our outdoor shower that their company recently installed for the builder. I highly recommend ESPP!! We will be calling them when ready for a deck!
