"I had Tom‘s floor covering put new vinyl plank flooring in my whole house I was told it would take a week or so and it took almost 2 1/2 months. That wasn’t the worst part the floor buckled the subfloor pulled up, joints came apart, it was a nightmare. I won’t say they didn’t come back because they did nine times! Finally had to get an inspector to come in to figure out what was wrong with it and they said the problem was 90% contractor error,By this time I asked to have another Flooring company come and fix the problem now it was almost 8 months later after it was supposed to be done the floor had been pulled up and put down at least three times, what a nightmare! Hate to give them a bad review but people need to know the installers they use don’t do the greatest job."
"Very poor installation from start to finish. Even worse customer service. I've been calling for months and have not received a follow up call from "Tom" Extremely disappointed. I recommend Color Tile and Carpet. Great company and owners!"
