"This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten! With over 160 options it was hard to pick but I have a feeling you can’t go wrong with any choice you make here. I ordered the Pho with well done steak plus the Relax Blue Passion Fruit juice, and my husband ordered the vermicelli with lemongrass fried chicken plus the Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The servings were huge for the price and the food came out piping hot with truly amazing flavor. If we were staying in Easton longer, we would’ve came back a second time for the banh mi — locals raved about it! Thank you Pho Van for delicious food and great service."

Lots of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. The waitress was even kind enough to bring vegan dipping sauce for me since I ordered tofu. The portions were generous and beautifully presented! We will definitely be visiting again!"
