"The only good thing about our order was the delivery person who went above and beyond and tried to correct perhaps the worst chicken and meatball parms we have ever had. The bread was the wrong type. It didn’t have a good crust so it was too soft and doughy. Was not properly toasted and the meatballs and sauce were absolutely tasteless. The Caesar salad was lettuce and croutons. They did come back with graded parmigiana but it really should have had shaved parmigiana from a block. Overall below basic."
