"One of the highlights of our mother daughter trip to Cape May was a visit to the Sea Spa at Congress Hall! We were greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. We appreciate the fact that our appointment time ran like clockwork. More importantly, the quality of the deep tissue massages we received was outstanding! Our massage therapists, Laurie and Kate, were extremely professional and excellent at their craft. The atmosphere of the massage rooms enhances the experience. You also get to choose the music you would like playing in the room. The facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming. If you are thinking of a decadent gift for yourself or a loved one, this is it! Look no further than an experience at the Sea Spa!"
"2023 Update: I saw Nina for a gel manicure. Such an amazing experience! The staff at Sea Spa are extremely personable and professional. Nina called herself a perfectionist and I think the quality of her work speaks for itself. The best spa in South Jersey without a doubt. Upgrade your vacation by visiting! The staff here are friendly, professional, and dedicated to making your experience amazing."
"Was told I would have a certain massage therapist that I requested when making the appointment then when we got there they said that therapist wasn’t even working that day. I felt it was done on purpose to fill their book for the day. It’s also very overpriced for the service received. Very disappointed for the money we spent."
"I booked a 90 minute massage and a 50 minute Osea facial while on vacation this week. The spa is beautiful and follows the style of Congress Hall - yet the spa area is quiet and private - away from the hotel and Tommy’s Folly. The Women's changing room was well equipped with anything you could possibly need and the steam shower was amazing. The massage and facial services were both fantastic! I got to pick my choice of music and the therapists were wonderful. I would definitely definitely book here again. Laurie did my massage and targeted the exact areas I requested - the CBD cream was a great bonus! Laurie adapted pressure to my liking and was so welcoming - it really was an awesome massage. Tammy was my aesthetician and I highly recommend her too. My skin was glowing all day and even now still looks wonderful. Best vacation day by far! Thank you Laurie and Tammy!"
"I booked a much deserved deep tissue massage for my exhausted and in much need of vacation wife. The massage was ok, 4 stars but the fact that they said to show up 30 minutes earlier then the appointment to use the steam room but it wasn’t warmed up and there were technical difficulties getting it working, it never worked as intended and nether my wife nor the party of three who were next after her got to experience the services as intended. When you charge this kind of price, a certain quality of service and facilities is expected anywhere you go. Sorry but I want to give a honest review that can perhaps improve the situation or help others avoid a bad experience."
