DELUXE NAILS & SPA III

"If I could give zero stars I would. I really wanted to love this salon, however, I was rushed by the nail tech even though I had an appointment and the gel application lasted 1 day!! 5 nails were all chipped the next day after going to the salon. I called and they allowed me to return to correct the the issue. However 2 days later 7 nails were all lifting and chipping. I was told gel would last 2 weeks minimum. Not 2 days.... The only nice thing was that they were willing to give me a refund. But the front desk lady had an attitude about it. I will not be returning."

"I agree with other posts that the staff is extremely rude, especially the front desk support. When I called to make an appointment, they treated me as if I was disturbing them. I will only go here if no where else in town is available."

"I was happy because I finally was able to grow my natural nail out to a length I loved so I went here for a dip. Well my first few times I came I was pleased with the service and how my nails turned out. They lasted 3 weeks with no chipping. I thought I found my new nail place.. However, last time a came I had a new girl and my nails lasted 2 days before they started to chip. I had to wait a week to get in because they wanted me to go back to the same girl to fix them and she was out on the days that worked for me .. By the time I went in just one week later 7 nails were chipped and my real nails all broke down.I was told it could be the brand they used so they used a different brand leaving some of my nails short and 1 even a different color and a new coat was put on the ones that had not broken yet.. However, it only took a few days for my nails to start chipping again. I just left them this time and made another appointment 2.5 weeks with my original tech. When I went in for my appt 9 nails were chipped and broken. I asked if I could get tips added with no charge to replace the length I lost. I was told sorry but they would charge me extra for the tips. I think this is very poor customer service considering my nails were long when I started and only got ruin after someone else did them. I wasn't looking to get free service just some tips added to fix what I believe they broke. If they thought it was a certain brand why use that, but either way my nails shouldn't start chipping in a few days and within 2 weeks almost all of them broken. They lost a loyal customer and I will no longer recommend them."

"Meh garbage poor quality for money you are throwing down the drain. Updated: I was being nice but here is the thing. Alexa/Anh was talkative and friendly but her workmanship is poor. My one gel manicure came off on the day of my party. What embrassing. And then two more came off next day. All within one and two days of nails getting done. Save your $$ and go somewhere else. How is this place in business. ON THE DAY OFF my gel manicure my polish came off for two nails. That is unacceptable for time and money I spent there $80. Workmanship is poor."

"I’m done coming here. I am constantly disappointed in my pedicures. They are constantly rushing when I have an appointment. The last one I had was so rushed I was done in 15 min. Beyond frustrated."
