"I really wanted to love this place. I loved the people there however, the quality is not there. I got my nails done around 6pm yesterday and I already have a broken nail. I work from home so there should be no reason for this. I am extremely upset with how my nails turned out. Like stated before, I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately I’m out of $100 with broken, uneven nails."

"First time there today, and both my daughter and I had a great experience. We were taken immediately (we made an appt), and we both got exactly what we asked for - her a gel mani + waxing services, me a dip mani. The staff was very friendly. I recommend and will be back!"

"I love this nail salon and have been going there for years. They are friendly to everyone and make you feel very comfortable. Vinny and Kelly take great care of me and know exactly what I want. I like how they take their time to make sure my nails look perfect. I highly recommend them!"

"The man who coordinates the appointments has a bad attitude. He got upset and spoke to me in a bad way because I asked him why if he had given me an appointment for my mom at 3 pm with Mai, she began to attend another person and now my mom had to wait after that person. So why do you work with appointments? Also, don't forget that if I am the customer, I have the right to decide who I want to do my nails and you should not get mad if I don't want to do it with someone else. You must serve customers with respect and be friendly. That way, they always are going to return. I wasn't disrespectful to you when I asked why my mom wasn't going to be attended at the time of her appointment. You didn't have to get upset."

"Birthday treat from my wife. A nice couples pedicure. I guess that would be a 'man-pedi'. The young lady did a great job, could have fallen asleep at some point."
