"TiDisappointing Experience at Jenny's Nails - Not Up to Their Usual Standards I've been a fan of Jenny's Nails in Bear, DE, for quite some time. Their work has consistently impressed me, and I've happily recommended them to family and friends. But my most recent visit was a letdown, and I feel compelled to share my experience. First, let's start with the positives. The pedicure was relaxing and professionally done. My toenails look fabulous, and I have no complaints there. But the manicure? That's a whole different story. It seemed as if my nails were done in a rush, lacking the care and attention I'd come to expect from Jenny's. The polish was applied messily, extending past my cuticles. It was a far cry from the precise, clean look I'm used to. When I pointed this out, hoping for a correction, the response was dismissive. The technician didn't acknowledge the issue and quickly moved on, leaving me unheard and frustrated. The salon was busy, and I understand that Saturdays can be hectic. But we arrived just after opening, expecting to avoid the rush. It appeared that they might have overbooked, as many customers with appointments still had to wait. It makes me wonder if the quality of their service suffers on busy days due to a focus on quantity over quality. The lack of acknowledgment of the subpar service was particularly disappointing. It felt like they were gaslighting me, suggesting I couldn't see the apparent drop in quality. This experience has left a sour taste, and I find myself seeking another salon for a polish change – I can't walk around with nails that look like they were painted in a hurry. While the pedicure was excellent, the fill in/manicure was a big miss. Sadly, I must give Jenny's Nails 2 stars this time, solely for the pedicure. It's a shame because I know what they're capable of, and this wasn't it."

"Station 11 ! Did my nails horribly !! had a nerve to argue and wave me away when I came in to let them know about my nails ! Nails shape & shape uneven or unrecognizable! I asked for my nails to be fixed the keep telling me 15 min wait ! This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! SHE is rude ! I will not EVER Be back to this establishment !!!! Nor will I ever recommend"

"Went in for a color change and after I finished the dryer, I noticed the polish looked very lumpy on my big toes. I asked her to put another coat on to make it look smooth and this is what I got. Also, the salon is very dirty. This was my first and last time going to this salon. ( Don’t mind the swelling, I’m 39 weeks pregnant)"
