"I have been going to Kim's for 15 years !! Never an issue. My daughter has been going since she's been 2 . She is 14 now . I dropped her off with a 10.00 store gift card , 25.00 Visa gift, and her bank card . I specifically asked the owner if they took the gift card ? His reply " yes" ! I left her and went to another store in the complex only to find out what she was taking advantage of. Basically, the nail tech was suddenly unaware of how to manage 35.00 in her gift cards and the rest plus her tip via bank card / cash. She kept insisting that the cash app was better forcing my daughter to call her dad to cash app her verses using her money!!! Unbelievable!!! I called, and the owner was apologetic! Still not good enough! She was old enough to leave, but you took advantage. It's been nice but we won't be back !!! The bottom line you wanted the CASH!!!"

"Came for regular pedicure and gel manicure- lady who did my manicure cut 7 of 10 fingers removing the Gel. Once I said I no longer wanted her to polish my nails she continued the rest of the manicure roughly.  Then charged me $10 to take off the gel.  My total was only $5 less than it would have been if I got a gel manicure.  $25 for the pictures attached. Will NOT be back"

"I just went here for a gel pedicure and regular manicure and not happy with the service. The technician who performed my services was too rough with the pedicure. She didn't cut my toenails correctly, filed my skin and pulled pinky toe so hard that it separated my skin underneath my toe. Now it feels like a grass cut. She also didn't really use any sugar scrub. I could have just did my manicure at home. I just wanted a clean up with no polish. The fingernail clean up was not done correctly at all. She filed the bed of my nail like I was getting gel polish. Just a horrible expensive waste of time. I will not be returning."

"Peter won me over when I lost my card and didn't have enough cash, he told me to come back tomorrow. Plus they were there after 830 to finish my service without complaint. Luckily, PNC was in the center and I could get a one time access code from the app for cash. I love going to Peter. But everyone is great. Out of the 50 or more visits over the past few years I only had one where I wasn't thrilled about the outcome. (Peter wasn't the tech, it was just a pedi where the paint was wonky) Peter is fast, accurate, and pays attention to detail; sometimes I have to stop him. Saying if people are looking that closely at my nails they need a life. But he's fantastic. I wish I knew everyone else's names. Lynn is great and funny too."

"Great service, for me anyway. Who don't like a good pedicure and calf massage? I don't think I'd go without the wife but I felt comfortable and not out of place. I can't speak on price, idk what's standard."
