KFC 112 North Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720

"I was cheated today at the KFC on112 N. DuPont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720. I ordered 3 pot pies to go. When I opened the boxes each of the pie tins was carefully bent in in the middle to reduce the filling approx. one third. No one answers the phone to report this. So, they get this review and others I will post elsewhere. This is a shame because there are many good reviews of these pies and they have been my favorites. I don't know if this is occurring at only this location or not."

"Spent over $50 and the front service person gave me a hard time about bbq and ranch sauce!!! Told me to show him a receipt. Instead of showing him a five fingered receipt I kindly asked someone with a little more intelligence!!!"

"If you want incompetency and a guaranteed wrong order, this is the place for you. This store is ran by people with horrible attitudes who hate their job. There’s nothing quick about their quick pick up either. You have to get your own straws and sporks, and they’re not even located next to each other. The manager uses profane language while engaging with staff. No regard for customers. Drive them extra few miles and go to another KFC. Save yourself the waste of money."

"Ordered a $20 fill up and and waited over 20 min. When I opened it it was missing one fired chicken. I also ordered a large side of Mac and never received it. I tried calling them and they don’t answer. By the way they should tell the guy that cleans the tables that he may want to wash his hands when handling food after cleaning and/or consider gloves."

"First of all rude for no reason. No manners whatsoever from the female that took my order. I understand having bad days but don’t work in customer service then. I wasn’t given a receipt even after requesting one. She didn’t even ask what drink i wanted with my combo. Then i get the bag. No silverware, no sauces for my tenders, no napkins. Just downright terrible. And the worst part is they weren’t even busy."
