"The one star is for Rick - he’s a grumpy old man who doesn’t know how to give a child’s hair cut. I waited 30 minutes just for him to scold me for trying to soothe my 2 year old (who was in tears) and to end the hair cut without even finishing. If he didn’t know how to handle a child during a haircut then just say so next time. Otherwise Jim gets 5 stars. We went to him two times and he’s amazing, quick and patient. My son cried for a few but he knew exactly what to do to cheer him up. Thank you Jim, you are wonderful!"
