"The fact that you can't make an an appointment with any stylist is ridiculous in my opinion I get the whole first come first serve but if you have a certain stylist you want the fact that you have to be put on a waiting list etcetera etcetera is ridiculous having people waiting outside early in the morning 30 something degree weather just so they can avoid a 5-hour wait .. unreal"
"The absolute worst experience I have ever ever had in any customer service setting. Gladys was incredibly rude and nasty. She told me I was twitching and the hair cut would be messed up. I have never twitched a day in my life. I told her what I wanted and she couldn't grasp it. A simple fade hair cut and she argued with me about me changing my style. Absolutely horrible I would suggest NO ONE go there. That woman should never ever be in a customer service setting."
