DiFebo's Restaurant Bethany Beach
About the Business
DiFebo's Restaurant in Bethany Beach, Delaware is a family-owned establishment that has been serving up delicious Italian cuisine since its inception. Lisa DiFebo, the owner, was inspired by her father's restaurant in Wilmington and her uncle's fish market and restaurant. After honing her skills in various local restaurants, Lisa opened up her own place in Bethany Beach, starting off as a small deli serving the best breakfast in town.
With the help of her family, including her dad Bob, mom Charlotte, sister Michelle, and brother Bobbie, Lisa's restaurant quickly became a success. She later attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York, where she met her future husband Jeff Osias. Jeff, who also had a wealth of culinary experience from around the country and the world, joined Lisa at DiFebo's and brought new flavors and ideas to the menu.
Together, Lisa and Jeff have created a dining experience at DiFebo's that combines traditional Italian dishes with innovative flavors and ingredients. Whether you're craving classic pasta dishes or seafood specialties, DiFebo's Restaurant in Bethany Beach is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

"On a Thursday night in January, the restaurant was busy. They had a great shoulder season special- but we ordered off the menu and everything was delicious. Be sure to save room for dessert."
"Really excellent meal. Loved the pastas and the arancini was in the most delicious sauce"
"food is always so good here. table layout could use some work but this will always be a favorite spot for special occasions. they have so much art on the walls including hand painted art in the bathrooms"
"Wife and I went for dinner on a Sunday. Made reservations just in case it was super busy. We saw a ton of good reviews and frequent their market across the street so it was great to be able to finally get to the restaurant. It did not disappoint. They were on point for everything. Service was great and the food was excellent. We had the Burrata as an app along with the Baby arugula salad. Good size for apps to share between two people. A larger party would need a couple apps, but I would say don’t go crazy and fill up on apps only. I got the Chicken Parm for dinner and my wife got one of their specials with shrimp and crab served over pasta. Entrees are definitely a health portion so you will not be hungry. Desserts: I got the peanut butter cake and my wife ordered an olive oil citrus cake. Both were excellent but I’d say the olive oil cake is the one to try since it’s different and not available everywhere. We capped the night with a cappuccino and their homemade limoncello."
"The food was delicious, we were a party of 12 and every person enjoyed their dinner. Our host was Sergio, he was very knowledgeable and gave some great suggestions, plus he was funny. The sangria was amazing, must order their DiFebo’s garlic bread & the creme brûlée was yummy. Love the atmosphere and looking forward to coming back in warmer weather."
