"I ordered a vanilla milkshake. While making it, the employee poured the milk and noticed it was chunky. She calledover another employee who told her "well that's all we have" and proceeded to shake the milk to break up the chunks and continue to use the milk. After being served, I tried the shake and to no surprise it was sour from the expired milk. I had the cashier issue me a refund, but they should know better than to serve expired food. Gross!"

"From the time we walked in the door, Nina made us feel welcome. Super polite when taking our order, brought it to us instead of waiting around, even had plenty of ketchup and Mayo on her tray!! The kitchen staff was quick and accurate, and more importantly, the fries were FRESH, not burnt or greasy, almost like they were baked. Didn’t expect service like this from a Hardee’s, but here we are!! I wish managers like Nina could train EVERYBODY with this kind of service!!"
"I ordered #5 Original Thick burger. It was amazing. It looked perfect just like the picture on the menu board. I was impressed. The quality is beyond most fast food restaurants on par with $15 burger at sit down restaurants. The staff was super friendly and great service!"
