"My husband went in for a haircut his usual person was not there. So some older lady with tattoos cut his hair big mistake. She needs to have her beautician license revoked. He came out with one sideburn missing and the other one cut up way to short. I personally wouldn't let her groom my dog."

"I don't understand the point of online check-in if you receive no preference over a walk in. Twice in a row now I checked in online arrived 5 min early and was told "it's going to be about 30 min". Seems like if you're going to have online check in availability then those that choose to take advantage of that should "bump" walk-ins, or just get rid of online check-in..."
