"Buyer beware. Just went here for the first time and they cut all of my daughters real nails off just to put tips back on. She's devastated and I'm in shock. I just wanted one tip and a refill and he went and cut them all without asking. Not the place if you like your long nails."

"Please do not go here. My daughter went there to get a basic refill on her nails and she inform the nail tech that the shape of her nails wasn’t what she asked for. So. The mail tech told her (she was the ONLY Black personal in the Salon), “If you don’t like it, go back to Camden”. Though we are are not from Camden and never lived there, we were offended that the classists, racists statement was meant to demoralize my daughter and the people who call Camden home! This must stop! Don’t patronize this place! Ever!"

"John did exactly what I wanted. I love my birthday nails!! Update: I returned for my Valentine's Day design and was pleased until my gel nails started breaking 1 week into manicure. They are my real nails so I was upset. They repaired the 3 nails by using clear dip and gel on top. 1 day later 2 nails on the other hand broke. I'm returning today wk 2 to just remove it all n start fresh with nails all cut down. My first visit only 1 nail cracked n I wasn't too worried about it but this is the 2nd time nails didn't last. After my repairs today I'll just go back to home care n polish."

"I went to a different salon last night and had a terrible experience. The technician was in a rush and kept talking to her coworkers even though they were still open and it wasn't busy. The technician left my nails way too long and not the shape I wanted. I told her how important it was to me because my engagement photos are tomorrow. She told me to come back tomorrow if I didn't like them and to do my pedicure. I did not want to go back to that salon because of my experience. I went to Bee nails today in nervous hopes they could help me. She saved my entire day there. It really means so much that she took the time to take care of me and fix their bad job. I hated how long they were, they were totally different lengths than my other hand and I didn't like the shape at all. Bee nails really took care of me and I will definitely be going back there!
