I always loved that there is never more than you and maybe one other person in the waiting room at a time so that you're never sitting around with your nervous pet. I hope you don't have to go through the same thing, but if you do, I recommend them and their techs to help you. It was peaceful and my baby didn't feel any pain. "I would give no stars if possible. I asked the vet how much the treatment would cost before doing it and he threw the injection down and threw his hands up asking "do you want me to treat him or not?". He was getting the treatment either way. I almost cried. I won't be going back. It was embarrassing and very upsetting. I felt like my business wasn't wanted."

"Wonderful experience for both me and my 2 kitties. It was very very affordable, probably the least I've ever paid for a pet checkup actually, it was about $180 per cat, and they both had to get shots. The vet and his assistants are wonderful, happy to say we found our new vet :)"
