Chick-fil-A

"Generally when I go to Chick Fil A I alternate between this location and the Aberdeen location farther into Maryland. I haven’t really had a bad experience up until recently. Mobile Thru was introduced and at first the wait took forever and didn’t necessarily feel like you were “skipping the line” when you ordered ahead, but as time went they’ve gotten a lot faster in that lane. The second to last time I came, I ordered two drinks and received no straws (not a big deal, I had an extra straw in my car and just drank from the cup in the other). On my last visit however, I went to get Chicken Minis for breakfast and the quality of the chicken wasn’t good. I took a bite into one of them and had to grab a picture because I couldn’t believe it. It makes me a little wary of returning to this location at all."

"My first time eating breakfast here, now granted I knew the cashier but she had a smile and took my order...I actually asked what she liked and she told me a few..we picked the spicy burrito....omg that is now my favorite better than McDonald's...thank you so much Levi! It was nice seeing and talking with her...I have to say she is always pleasant and friendly... highly recommend...."

"I visit this location pretty often, it's very clean and great. Some concern are- the wait time. Drive through gets super backed up and takes 20-30 mins on bad days to get your order. Another is the staff. Most of them are great but on busy days some of their staffs would do random tasks instead of helping customers at the cashier, which confuses me. I didn't catch his name, but the older gentlemen at the front cashier, bald, glasses would often go off to do things like restocking the napkins, straws etc when it clearly isn't that low. I would expect him to take care of me first and do them later but no. The lady at the cashier is swamped while he goes off to do random things."

"The drive thru line was super long, but our whole experience was fast and positive. We were greeted by a super friendly worker. The food came out shortly thereafter and we were good to go. The order was correct and everything tasted great"

"The waitstaff are always nice. They don't rush to take your order. The omelet was delicious, strawberry cream cheese with whipped cream stuffed French toast was to die for according to my husband and son and the cream chipped beef reminded my dad of his days in the service, which means excellent. A very family-friendly place."
