"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT IS RUDE THEY DONT GET BACK TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER SQUIRRELS ARE IN THE WALLS INSIDE OF YOUR APARTMENT THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS FILTHY MAINTENANCE ARE LAZY THEY HAVE MICE REALLY BAD AND CALL EXTERMINATOR TO ONLY PUT DOWN MICE TRAPS SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DO NOT RENT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES RENSHAW WALLINGFORD OR GREENFOREST TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AT ALL LOCATIONS"

"Didn’t remind me that I needed money to move in, made me wait until almost 3 to move in then decided to leave at 4 and was rushing me the whole time. Refused to let me sign my lease because because I had a debit card then threaten to black ball me because I decided not to move in because treated unfairly."

"ABSOLUTELY DONT LEASE FROM HERE!!!! management are rude to tenants when you just trying to get your heat fixed in the middle of winter. You call them they yell at you and use profanity. They even got the nerve to tell you they dont have time tolisten to what you have to say. Their heating unit raises your utility bill so high and they got the nerve to tell you to call PECo ! The fridge and bathtub keeps on leaking, they expect you to figure out your mailbox despite the fact that they are not labelled. I dont care if rent is cheap ,the utilities adds up and you better off living in a better neighborhood. Dont get me started on how my car got vandalized the first week i got here.. At this rate im better off losing my security deposit and get the hell out of this #$$hole!!"

"I relocated here for a job promotion in December 2015. I moved into this complex without doing research on the area, the complex itself and the management. This place is the absolute worst. Starting from the horrible maintenance and up keep of the property to the numerous crimes and drug activities that occur in the open areas and finally to the lack of communication and response from the management office after leaving more than 5 calls for a leaking sky light in the bathroom. My heater barely worked all winter and the windows do not completely close in t he bedrooms. This place is a cesspool, but it is pretty cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. Do not move here unless you absolutely have to and have no other options."
