The look on her face Go to chair Show photo of cut I want Well that's short layers Yes! Then the humiliation began for myself and company with me Not there for services! After about 10 minutes we walk out no cut If you weren't sure about doing style Say so! I think that was it! No worries! I'll take my business to another salon! Forget small town business!"

"These people fried my hair I paid $170.00 to look a hot mess then the owner did not want to fix it . Instead of giving me half my money back she offers to fry my hair more . Not to mention I did not even get close to what I wanted and I was assured they could do it. It was not blended at all when I put my hair up it look like I have a sharp line around my head My scalp is in so much pain from all the scratching , pulling my hair out etc. Not to mention it’s dirty,unprofessional, and the place is falling apart . I don’t understand how people in laurel talk about this place because it was definitely the opposite. I hope karma eats this place up ."

"I took my daughter here to have her hair cut. The result of that was beyond shocking. I asked for long layers to be put in and face framing. The stylist that had done her hair had not put layers in, but a blunt shelf. There were so many chunks of uneven hair and sections. No point cutting, no angles, no face framing at all. It was like my daughter had gone and cut her hair by herself. I had to wait for another salon to have an appointment available to correct the damage done. My poor daughter was so ashamed of it and upset. I will NEVER use this salon again!"
