"I had went to Lali in the past and will forever follow her. I’m picky with whomever does my nails (and never really leave reviews) but I want to say how proud I am of her work and her accomplishments. She’s always so talented when it comes to designs and is sure to make sure you get exactly what you want. Lali is truly amazing and has always exceeded my expectations. Whether I want something simple for work- or all out for holidays, she has always impressed me. Her diligence and care for my nails and me as a customer has always made my nails last and look good no matter how long I let them go for. Thank you always for giving me a little boost of confidence :))) I really appreciate you!"

"I just started back going here, went here for awhile and then went somewhere else because they just had a lot going on! Came back yesterday, made an appointment, (which helped), the people with appointments are guaranteed service, if you walk in, you will have to wait for space between the people with appointments, there are some new people in there doing nails, the young lady that did my nails did a really good job, she took her time, asked me questions about what I wanted and kept asking if what she was doing was okay and I appreciated that!"

"I got a dip manicure which I have gotten done many times before. It was my first time coming here and I won’t be returning. Within a week, the dip began to lift and crack. I’m not rough on my nails either. Definitely not worth $60."

"I will never ever return again! The customer service was horrible and the guy at the front desk is rude. They do very little to accommodate their customers and I’m wondering is this how they treat their employees. They always have new employees when I come. Do they must have a high turnover rate. My favorite was Alyce…she did the best. They mistreated her. I would never recommend this mail service to anyone! Please bring Alyce back and learn some customer service skills!"
