"Rex APT 3D 92 Hobart DR ,Great Place to Live for The Money I lived in Hidden Creek Apartments for 2 years and my experience there has been very pleasant. Iris the property manager and the rest of the office staff are very nice and attentive, maintenance as well was always prompt with any issues. Hidden Creek Apartments, just installed brand new balconies and patios, and they look very nice"
"I have been here for over four years. Over the last five months, I have had multiple issues with my apartment that have (apparently) been difficult to fix. My dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer have all been broken for some time, and after multiple requests to the leasing office, I have been strung along time and time again. I first made this issue known a month ago, and have had one person come out to look at my unit since then. He has told me that he has done repairs to the part that would at least get my clothes washer running again, but has not been given an updated work order to come out and fix it. In the meantime, I have spent additional money to go to a laundromat and wash/dry my clothes, since I can not have it done in my unit currently. This was one of the selling points for my moving here. The office has had the nerve to send me my lease renewal, with three major appliances not working. I will not be signing that renewal unless everything is repaired to my liking. **UPDATE: 7/12/2019** The issues with my washer and dryer have been resolved, and the dishwasher issue was fixed (by me) at that time as well. However, about a month ago, the dishwasher stopped working, again. Not wanting to have to attempt repairs myself once again (because there are maintenance people that work here for a reason), I placed a new work order. I never received a response. I placed another. Still no response. I placed a third order, left a voicemail for the property manager and then spoke to the property manager. I was told that my work order was being processed. No one came to my unit. I placed a FOURTH work order, for the same issue, and reached out to Metropolitan Management Group, the complex's corporate office. That got me a call from the property manager, who informed me that maintenance would be out to my unit today (7/12) to, at the very least, drain the water from the bottom of my dishwasher. I came home from work today to water still in the base of my dishwasher. I've attached pictures from today of what I came home to. No one came into my unit today. This is not the first time the property manager has lied to me to "resolve an issue." I will be told one thing, and then nothing happens. I have once again reached out to the corporate office, and when I receive any kind of feedback from them, I will update this post."
"(THUMBS DOWN) I have a lot to say about the poor management of this community however there is not enough time or space. I will say that it has been 22 days of living with a leaking bathroom ceiling and it is asking a bit much for someone to be patient. The asking is not a conversation but SILENCE. With that said DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE - THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MUCH MOLD IS GROWING IN THE WALLS/CEILINGS."
