"I had the worse experience leaving there my hair started shedding I was natural for 9years and would occasionally do my own blow out decided to try a salon due to my schedule and they fried my hair out to the point I had short pieces all around my head I couldn’t get my curl pattern back as well so I decided to cut it all off it was flat and stringy the picture is before of me doing my own blow out and with my length and fullness highly wouldn’t recommend especially for the natural customers"

"I’m happy others had a good experience. I didn’t. I heard them speaking in Spanish about clients who weren’t Spanish speaking. That alone did it for me. You want to do your hair in a good environment and not feel judged or see others being judged. They do good hair though."
