"Stopped by yesterday to inquire about a one bedroom apartment for an employee that is coming into town and in need. I only stopped by because 3 calls to them in the last week were left unanswered. When I went in to the office and let the woman at the desk know that I was their for information I was told by her that their office was closed to the public and I must leave. How simply would it have been to hand me a drawing of the room and the monthly pricing? Why is the office closed to the public when the entire state is open? If she was so concerned about Covid then why was she sitting maskless next to another maskless employee? The best part was that she handed me her number and instructed me to call her with any questions. I did that 15 minutes later and guess what, she didn't answer. Terrible customer service. I am in business where we deal with customers all day, this person wouldn't last one week with me. We ended up finding another place same day where they allowed us to be in their presence, answered questions and handled us properly. Friendship Village has a lot to learn."

"Great experience and place to live! We've been here for about five months. Our neighbors are great, and the area is great. Anytime there's been an issue not only has it been taken care of but taking care of efficiently. The management team is phenomenal. Their customer service and desire to deliver high quality experiences for all they come into contact with has been refreshing. They proactively communicate and follow up which is always a plus. I'm glad that I found this gem of a community."

"I’m not sure with everyone else’s experience but my experience was good. I moved during COVID and De De and Anastasia were really sweet and helpful. Everytime I had an issue (which was rare) maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and the police drive out here atleast once a week. The only issue I had was people not cleaning up their dogs poop. It was annoying cause the neighborhood supplies areas for dogs (definitely pet friendly). The rent is reasonable and the amenities were good even though I worked a lot, it was still nice to have them included. Parking was good too, I rarely parked far from my apartment. For the price and what you get (I had a 1B, 1B w/ washer and dryer included) I was satisfied and it felt like home."

"Just finishing up my first year here next week. I love it here. Very quiet. I don't have a pet myself but all the people in my building take care to clean up after theirs. I love the pool. Wished it stayed open past labor day but that's just me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. Even suggested to work friend and they moved here after looking at other places"
