"It's a freshmen dorm. The living conditions depends on the floor you get a room in. 7th floor is the best floor but only upper classes live there. Beautiful view from the top floor. Can get messy due to vandalism sometimes. Fire drills are sth to watch out for at night. There's glassworks dinning Hall. Overall your experience will highly depend on the floor you gey your room in."
"It is a pretty clean and well kept air conditioned dorm facility for students. Individual stalls and showers. Bicycle racks and postal mail with a cafeteria. Needs work on heating the dorm rooms."
"Very nice. The rug and furniture look new. The won't let you bring your own fridge and microwave. You have to rent it."
"It's pretty nice. I've been to my friend's dorms and I definitely prefer my dorm to my friends' who live in other buildings. That being said, the air conditioning and heating stinks. The ventilation is connected from room to room so if one person has their window open in winter, every room in that hallway gets freezing cold."
"Holly Pointe is amazing and is the nicest college dorm rooms I have ever seen in my life. The dining hall is on the first floor of the building for all residents to eat in the same building. The all gender bathrooms are a good innovation for college students to feel more like a family then just neighbors. This is definatly the best place to live if you are deciding or go to Rowan University."
