"Melanie was very rough on me, she scratched my forehead up with the comb. I got up in the middle of her getting started on my hair and left. She was complaining how she wouldn’t be able to eat her lunch because of me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER go back."

"Unfortunately, I had an appointment that I did not keep. I went in on my appointment day and asked them the cost before my services. I was scheduled for a full highlight and lowlight and a cut and blow dry. They website says that a full highlight is $50, so I figured that the highlights would be $50, the lowlights would be $50 and the hair cut and blow dry would be $30 for a total of around $130. Well, I was way off. They were trying to charge me $193. They said the length was what cost more. Mind you, I was getting 4-5” cut off my hair which would have made it less than a medium length so they did not have to put any color on the bottom 4”. I have gotten my hair done for years in Maryland where I lived until this past year and I have only paid that cost one time and it was at a very high-end salon. Sorry but a salon in a Walmart charging this kind of money is outrageous. And this is the length of my hair. Remember, before the 5”, I was having cut off. They lost a customer that would have been in every 12 weeks for those services."
