"This is the worst salon I've dealt with. Cancelled my appointment 5 hours before the time but wants 24 hours notice if client cancels?! And it's a fee but when y'all cancel I have to wait 5-7 business days.. please do better because my friend recommended y'all but y'all are unprofessional!!!!"

"When representatives for this salon came to Nobles Pond, I inquired how much a french braid would cost. I was told $25.00. I went today, was charged $40. I was not asked to see how my braid looked. I now know why she didn't show me. It is so loose and coming apart. I called immediately but got the answering machine. Left this message and no called back."

"I colored my hair and my stylist was Sonya and she did an amazing job. She is super friendly and very good at what she does. All of the women in there are. It is a breath of fresh air to see a REAL salon with professionals. Ones who wash your hair for you instead of denying service if you aren’t pre-washed and dried like these amateurs now and days. I will definitely continue coming as I found my new hair home."
