"Ok so I went to this dentist I must say they was very nice I like them. And I had a appointment there I think on October 31st I think it was and I had forgotten to call them and and for it to be canceled and to see if I could reschedule because I was sick that day and had been sick for over a week and I had never gotten no call about it or nothing but did get a letter in the mail telling me that because I missed the appointment I couldn't cone back. And I have called and left a few messages for a call back and explaining what had happened on their machine and I have called at least twice and no return calls. Smh they could have at least gave me another chance as specially seeing how I wasnt well."

"Dr. Wilson completed my two wisdom fill ins today and had nothing but negative comments the whole way through the procedure. When asking for lubricant for my lips because of all of the pulling and tugging in the procedure he said we don’t have that. Do you not have YIUR own personal chap stick? I proceeded to say Nevermind it’s okay because i felt like he didn’t want me there based on all of the negativity. Then the aid whom was in charge of sucking the water out of my throat was not attentive and i had to jump up from procedure before drowning in water and saliva. When i laid back down Dr Wilson shook his head very irritated. When the procedure was done he mad another negative comment that he’s not sure why my orthopedist wanted them filled and that I’m probably still going to need them out. He also mention that he stopped doing fill in on wisdoms 5 months ago and that this procedure is nearly impossible. You can only imagine how comfortable that made me feel right? Ppl here seem to hate there job. Not to mention the people at check in were whispering about another patient that came in who broke their tooth and need immediate help. I am now sitting here in pain because the filling on my left is dried to the side of my tooth and pushing into my gum line."

"Worst customer service ever. Basically ripped me off for 250$ for an x ray. Waited for a quote to get necessary work done but they never got back to me. Called and requested the quote after two weeks and they still never sent it. Called to request a refund and was denied. They said I did the x ray so I had to pay. Then I asked for the x ray and they said they would send it to me. Never sent anything. Avoid this place."

"Staff & Doctor are always very friendly & helpful. When I've an appointment, they're always running on time. I have extensive dental issues and am constantly having to go & get work done. He is very knowledgeable & I've been happy with the results. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good dentist."

"I WAS happy with their service, until I made an appointment for my husband, who has a difficult time taking off for work. I finally got him scheduled only to go and was told he couldn't be seen. My husband, asked if he could wait and come back, but was told he'd have to reschedule. We did reschedule only to to be told that he couldn't be seen AGAIN! Not a happy customer"
