"I came here to hopeful find answers for my son. He is a big guy (16, 6’1, 300lbs). His past dentist told me he needed work done but was combative with ALL things. They couldn’t get complete x-rays or cleanings and would have to refer him out for sedation for work and left that for me to figure out. We finally found ourselves here. He got x-rays and we have completed forms to get his work done. All in one visit!! Not one grumpy person including my son!!!! 10000 times recommended"
"Everyone was so kind and caring with my kids! The hygienist was very gentle and patient. The dentist was patient and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing to my kids and myself and was detailed about everything that was being done and the X-rays. Everyone treated us so great and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Would recommend to any parent!!"
"Great experience while in the chair and great with the kids! Only complaint is we received a notice that if anyone in the family misses another appointment then we will be “dismissed” from their practice. Mind you the reschedules were done because my child was sick. The reminder text advises “If your child is experiencing cold or flu symptoms please call our office.” While his appointments were scheduled in the peak of cold and flu season and he woke up the morning of the appointments with a barky cough, fever one and/or runny nose so unfortunately it was unforeseen and could not call before 24 hrs. I don’t know about everyone else but my family has seem to have cold like symptoms every other week this winter, it’s been brutal and so on and off it’s been challenging to tell if it’s truly sickness or just the winter congestion. Ever since covid most places (assuming dentist are extra careful with illnesses since they are in peoples mouths) are overly cautious. I provided the reasons each time I had to call and reschedule, and even one of the times the lady advised to reschedule if he has any symptoms but they marked it as “no call, no show”. Now if I would have brought my child in with any symptoms I would have probably been told that they couldn’t see him that day but we now have this notice letter so seems a bit contradictory. At the end of the day overall good experience but do not set rules where you’re “reprimanded” if you follow. If my child gets sick less than 24 hours of an appointment then I guess we will be dismissed from that practice and if that ends up being the case we will take our business elsewhere since there are several pediatric dentist around. I called to speak to someone at the office about it and she proceeded to tell me i didn’t call and provide a reason for one of the appointment which doesn’t make sense since I had to reschedule his appointment anyways so I clearly have a reason but she tried to go back and forth on what I provided to the scheduler when I called so I let it go. There’s no point in repeating myself when I know the conversation I had with the scheduler but she then told me I was okay and no worries so not really sure what that meant. I don’t normally leave reviews but think that this could have been handled better and may be beneficial to be more clear on your reminder text because now I will bring my kids in regardless if they are sick or not or just go to another dentistry."
"I went in today 6/19/23 to the Newtown Square office, and I must say it was such a great experience. Starting from the front desk, I got there 20 minutes late (I don't recommend that). The receptionist was very nice, welcoming and patient since I'm new with them. Next the dental assistants were very sweet and patient with my busy boy. Lastly, Dr. Leslie is the goat so calm, so patient, and funny. My son was nervous because of a previous dental experience, but they definitely changed his mind. 10 stars across the board."
