"She puts expanders in everyone's mouths. She over expanded my daughter's mouth and changed her face. When you expand the palate you also expand the other facial bones and soft tissues. She actually argued with me in person and over the phone. Very unprofessional. This happened when she was 4 turning 5. I do not recommend. Went to Dr. Costa in Bryn Mawr much better overall experience. Staff is great and they don't over expand kids mouths. Under Dr. Evans she instructed me to turn Isabella's expander 78 times. Dr. Costa doesn't expand past 24-25 because then you have other issues like facial changes and cheschire cat smile."

"The Dr. Evans and her staff are very kind, gentle and patient especially kids with special needs. It is about the kids having a great experience and working with them at there level and pace. My son’s smile and profile look amazing. If you are looking for an orthodontist office for your child especially children with special needs or need extra TLC i highly recommend this office."

"Both my mother and I have been patients of Dr. Evans, and she is a wonderful doctor. She always makes sure we are in a comfortable setting and also always greets us with such happiness. Her care is gentle and we always have the feeling of being well taken care of- and of course recommend her. Not only is she wonderful, but her staff is amazing also!"

"This practice is poorly managed. They are overbooked and understaffed. I had a 3:00pm appointment last Tuesday for 2 kids and was not called back to a room until 4:00pm. All of the patients that came in after me were seen w/in minutes of arriving. Evans finally walked into the exam room at 4:36pm. She examined my second child while he was standing up. We waited 1 hour and 36 minutes for her to spend 5 minutes of her time with us. Clearly, they do not have respect people or their time. I do not recommend going to this practice unless you have hours to waste. There are better folks out there that deserve the business! ZERO Stars for her!"
