Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City, an IHG Hotel

"The front desk staff was very friendly. Even communicating with them before our arrival by phone was a super pleasant experience. When they became aware that it was our anniversary they gave us a free bottle of Chardonnay and wished us a happy anniversary. Our 10th floor oceanfront room was well appointed, super clean, modern and just delightful. There was a million dollar spectacular view of the ocean. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. However, it would be helpful to have an oven mitt to handle hot dishes from the microwave and oven and also a dish towel. Instructions and safety warnings for the jacuzzi would also be helpful to prevent pregnant women, people with high blood pressure etc or anyone from staying in too long and experiencing lightheadedness or even fainting. We were fortunate to have relatively warm weather for this winter getaway which made walking on the beach and boardwalk enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to go back."

"Amazing hotel and a great location! The location near the end of the boardwalk gives you the best of staying on the boardwalk with slightly less crowds and noise. The view from the room was amazing and the staff was really friendly. The building is older so there are some minor things in the room that could use updates like the ceiling, it had some water stains. The room was very clean and spacious with a stove full sized refrigerator and microwave and dishwasher. I even got upgraded to a corner room and had a view of the city and bay on top of ocean views. Will definitely be returning. I stayed in October and the value was amazing for off season prices"

"When in Ocean City MD, this is the best Hotel for a leisurely stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hot tub rooms are available. The staff is friendly and professional. It's beautifully decorated for the Holidays. The view from the rook was absolutely outstanding!"

"Very clean rooms. Loved the ocean front balcony. The sound of the waves was relaxing and helped my whole family sleep well. The staff was outstanding and made you feel like you were the most important guest there. We enjoyed the room service from the coral reef restaurant. Food was good. Loved the ribeye and crab cake bites."

"My husband and I visited this hotel for a long weekend in November. We had a wonderful time, the hotel staff were exceptional ... we had a problem with our reservation due to reserving the room through a "reservation help" site. We stated that we had requested an ocean front room (which was significantly more money), but was not what the hotel had received from the booking agency. My husband asked if an ocean front room was available, one was, and they allowed us to switch rooms with no additional charge. The staff at the front desk was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We visited the "Coral Reef Cafe" every evening as we were leaving for dinner and, upon our return, we'd stop for a night cap. Sean Eddie is the absolute BEST bartender! He was so accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to ... he went over and above taking care of his many customers, always with a smile and kind words! He made everyone feel like they belonged and he was happy to take care of their bar needs! He was the best! We looked forward to seeing him every evening, knowing that we'd be welcomed with the warmest greeting! We joined the Holiday Inn Rewards program. We will be back!"
