"One of my favorite small item discount stores. I choose a local location, anytime I need hygiene, quick grocery item, or small inexpensive household products. Usually clean, tidy locations, but the shelves are never fully stocked. Employees are usually stoic over worked drones. Somber atmosphere. Not all provides public restroom. Others have locked ones, you consult the cashier for access. I visit least once a week."

"Dollar general in Laurel,Delaware has employees that are awesomely nice. They greet you very respectfully and if a person is out of sorts,the way they speak should bring a smile. Even slightly. I have no complaints."

"When you come during the day the workers are super helpful tonight I had a different experience. I walked in 2 ladies standing at I'm the register. Well one was very helpful, while the 1 named Michelle with hair all over her head and dandruff flakes on her shirt totally unprofessional seemed to have a attitude. I did small shopping of maybe 3items, and needed assistance with 1 item asked her and she points..Really? This is totally rude, I literally had to get assistance from another customer. What's the purpose of having a position in customer service if your not willing to do the role? Other than that the other associate was pleasant."

"The staff needs more understanding of the use of coupons. Went in this store to make a purchase using the company $5off $25 coupon and manufacturers coupons and I was told that I couldn't do it .i had to ring up each individual item separate . How can I get the use of the store coupon if I did that .needless to say I was Refused service . I won't shop this store again ........what happened to great customer service ? Not happy at all"
