"It’s like pulling teeth to get help in person and on the phone. Call to be sure they have an item on the shelf and they tell me they don’t know that I’ll have to come down and look. They can’t look up parts like simple service items with an excuse of “we are just a smaller WM store”. Unhelpful and rude. Lost my business"

"I don’t typically leave bad reviews as we are small business owners, but I was very unhappy with my experience here. I was trying to reach a blanket underneath and the gentleman working there saw me struggling because I was trying to grab without making the top ones fall all. I just had back surgery and I’m wearing a huge back brace stimulator. He saw me struggling without offering to help, even when they did fall on the floor which I picked up, but should’ve left. that’s number one— number two is they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. We are paying customers, not someone walking in off the street. poor customer service all the way around."

"Easy place to shop, if you need help it's there, if not in stock they get it for you and if delivered from online I know it shortly there after. They have been very flexible with my winterization needs. Glad they are near."
