"Dr .Diddy was super amazing. He made me feel comfortable and I wasn't as nervous as I usually am seeing a dentist because I have major dental anxiety. He pulled my tooth before I even knew it was done. It was a great experience! Everyone there was so nice and so accommodating to work me into the schedule. Thank you , MJ Smith"
"I had a wisdom tooth extracted last Friday December 8. I was sedated during the procedure and I was not able to thank the staff properly after it was done. I was loopy after the procdure and all I can remember was that they woke me up, told me the procedure was done, someone put my coat on me, then someone helped me get out of the dentist chair and the next thing I know somebody was opening the door to my car where my wife was waiting. I can remember a staff talking to my wife and giving out a packet and instructions on what we needed to do when we get home. Let me just say it was a good experience, the dental surgeon Dr. Pancko was thorough with his explanation and made me aware of the risks and what he would do to mitigate those risks. We were given adequate instructions on what to do post-procedure and overall came out with minimal pain and no nerve damage. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!"
"It was very professional and clean. The person who pulled my tooth was doctor Panko. He was very friendly and even gave me time to compose myself because I’m very afraid of needles he gave me a stress ball to squeeze during the process. I genuinely thought it wasn’t gonna be painless but it really was .you just felt a lot of pressure is all. Also my step mom works there as well and he knows I’m her step son so her let her sit in the room with me and hold my the entire process. Overall 5 stars for me."
"Dr. Alcorn and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had some traumatic experiences with dentists as a child and was terrified when I needed an emergent extraction. Not only did his office work to accommodate me as a new patient, they have been extremely comforting, competent, and understanding throughout treatment and healing. Definitely the most empowering dental experience I've ever had - I felt that my comfort and health truly mattered to them."
"I honestly don’t know where to start.. During my visit, I had to wait over half an hour past the scheduled time before I was called back for my lower wisdom teeth removal. During that time, I wrote a not so great review with the intent to revise it afterwards. Once they put me under, the doctor brought it to my boyfriend’s attention that there was an emergency and that’s why they were running behind, and was wondering who wrote the review. For starters, why would you be checking the Google reviews right before going into a surgery? And I really hope that my doctor held no malice towards me while I was under anesthesia. Woke up all numb but once it started wearing off, it was probably one of the worse pains I could have gone through. On top of that, I had to call back the day after because they failed to send my medication to my pharmacy the same day as the surgery. I really hope that this wasn’t “payback” of some sort for leaving a bad review before my surgery. It’s going on day three and the swelling hasn’t gone down on my left side at all. Luckily I have the pain medication, but I am surprised at how my entire situation was handled. My best friend went to the same office to get their wisdom teeth removed and it was super easy for them and the recovery time was super quick. Yes every person is different, but I believe everyone should be treated with the same care and respect. For privacy sake, I don’t feel comfortable leaving the doctors name, I don’t know if I’ll have to go back, but if the swelling doesn’t go down, I’m afraid I’ll have to. Mind you, whoever’s reading this, this is the third time I’m revising my review. In the first review, I wrote about how I was upset about making the appointment and having to wait so long to be seen. When I made the second review, I was still loopy from the anesthesia and felt bad for leaving a harsh review after my boyfriend told me the doctor said something about it. Now this time around, I have a stable mind and have gone through the surgery. I suppose it’s not a good idea to review something before you go through with it, but at the time I was genuinely upset because there were people coming in after my arrival and being called back much faster. Although I do understand not everyone was getting their teeth removed. I’ve already had a hard time with going to the dentist because of fear. And this time basically proved my point. And if the doctor is reading this now, I’m sorry if I offended you, and I meant no harm, I wasn’t mad because you guys were running behind, I was upset because I wasn’t informed when I signed in. I’d much rather be told that at the front desk instead of sitting and waiting, wondering what’s going on."
