"I have been going to this practice for years. A few weeks ago, I bit down on something hard in a hamburger. I now have jaw pain and a swollen lymph node in my neck that makes it difficult to eat and swallow. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to see Dr. Seda with no luck. All they say is..."we have you on the wait list." I will be looking for a new dentist that actually cares about their patients."

"Terrible Dental office. Every time I walked in the place, the secretary was rude as hell. Although, I will say that Dr. seda is good. The customer service is just awful though. I was incarcerated and happened to miss my appt. I was charged a $40 cancellation fee, which I understand, but it honestly wasn’t my fault, on top of that I was dismissed from their practice for that reason. So if you love rude people and terrible customer service, then yes Dover Dental Arts is the place for you!!!! This is the only time I’ve ever written a google review in my life, so that should speak volumes."

"I called the office to see if my small children can attend the cleaning appointment with me since I'm unable to find a sitter during this difficult time. I was told absolutely not and if they could be left in the car. I was speechless that anyone would recommend small children to be unattended in a car. I will no longer be a patient at this dental practice. #shameonyou"

"I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years when I started seeing Dr. Seda so I had quite a few cavities. At every appointment he was awesome! Extremely friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. Unfortunately I moved and despite trying, just couldn't time my appointments with my visits back to the East Coast (I really tried - a good dentist is hard to find). The first time I saw my new dentist, he praised the work Dr. Seda had done in my mouth. I definitely recommend!"
