"The location is perfect with me being new to the area, especially for commuters. I love that it’s located near the highway so your only a few minutes away from dining, shopping etc. Overall I’ve had a great experience with the staff and maintenance. It didn’t take long to get my work orders taken care of, they provide the perfect amount of amenities for the cost and I love my apartment!"

"DON’T DO IT!!! place was nothing but an inconvenience they never take responsibility for anything they say one thing and do another. I used to be 6min away from work and now I’m waking up 4 am and traveling 2.5h to make it to work on time. I had to beak my lease because of the on going issues at apt. 41-2 before I even moved in the red flags started they knew I was coming from out of state I had all my things pack and they never call to say anything when I called them after many tries they finally picked up the phone and Melissa told me yeah I meant to call you the apt won’t be ready until the following month I had to pay for an Airbnb when the new dates she told me started approaching I kept calling again she never picked up I had to go to the location the managers solution for me when I told her I don’t have the funds to extend my stay at an Airbnb she told me to go to a shelter. lol at this point they already had my monies which was un refundable. I told them I’m moving in they can finish wtv they need to while I’m there because it makes no sense. 2.5 weeks after the ceiling started leaking and you can tell that wasn’t the first time there was a leak in at apt. Fast forward 7 months later I had to break my lease because every month I have get them to cme to my apt at least twice made no sense for me to be paying rent leaving in that dump."

"This place is horrible. Staff doesn't notate or even remember information. Property manager isn't the best either. Been waiting on work to be done to my apartment for over a year and they still haven't came in to fix it. Then they negate my wishes of entering my apartment when im not home due my animal that likes to go outside but they enter and leave door open anyway. Place was better back in 2015"

"I thought the Villas apartment was very nice. I was interested in a 1 bedroom and was told (by the leasing agent) that there is a few available and that I needed to bring in a few documents and my money order to complete the application process. I called and spoke to the leasing agent Melissa Embras maybe a few minutes after the office opened. Around 9am. While loudly chewing over the phone she confirmed with me that I could come in and complete the process. I get to the office and then all of a sudden there is no 1 bedroom available. Why make me waste my time to visit the office if you knew there is no 1 bedroom available? ALL OF A SUDDEN! Maybe I didn't reach the qualifications to approve for the apartment, and I totally understand that, but don't waste people's time! The Villas leasing agents can learn to be honest and not waste others time. It's so easy to simply deny an application online rather that tell people to come in. Very weird and questionable staff. Be careful!"
