"I've never been a fan of the dentist, but this doctor and staff definitely didn't help with that. I've been going to this dentist since I was kid, not by choice, but now that I'm older and have a choice of where I want to go, I do not like coming here and I do not recommend coming here. The last straw was when I was the victim of a carjacking and had to get x-rays done of my teeth due to the assault. The next time I came into the office, Doctor Cook said, "You should probably do your best to avoid situations like that." as if I had a choice in what crime was committed against me. As a medical professional myself, I found this comment very unprofessional and very unnecessary. I immediately switched dentist and I'm happy I've moved on from this hell hole."
