"We have lived here for almost 2 years and are very much disappointed with our experience. Despite putting in numerous complaints about kids that are ALWAYS playing in the parking lot right outside our apartment, screaming, bouncing balls, throwing balls and rocks and hitting vehicles with the balls and rocks, putting their skateboards in the middle of the parking lot, purposely running IN FRONT of moving vehicles when they see vehicles going through the parking lot (that has recently happened to me THREE TIMES in the last week), and running up and down the hallways in the building knocking on peoples doors and running away....management does not care at all to put a stop to all this. The only thing they do is send emails to all families knowing that an email is not going to change any of that from happening. The parking lot is NOT a playground. Besides that issue, every summer the pool constantly looks like it is never cleaned. It's disgusting to have our children swim in that. As for the gym, some of the machines are not stable, and you also have those same kids who go into the gym and yoga room playing with the equipment and being loud. Why charge us for amenity fees if you are not going to properly clean the pool and keep those kids out of the gym and yoga studio?"
"I lived here for about one year and I have mixed feelings about it. The best part is its location. It’s right beside 202 and close to everything you need. There’s even a butcher and a Walgreens within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful and the management team hosts lovely activities frequently. Amenities are being renovated gradually. However, there are several things you have to keep in mind if you plan to live here. First, be sure to check every appliance once you move in. We had a completely broken and uncleaned dish washer when we moved in and it took like a month to get a new one installed. I can’t imagine how the move out inspection for the previous renter was done. Second, be prepared to live with wildlife. We noticed the bat guano on the balcony once we moved in last summer but no actions were able to be taken because bats are protected. We could only wait until the weather gets colder so the bats won’t come again. And the bats do come back this summer. Also, some swallows are nesting and breeding in the building hallway this year, which caused a huge mess on the floor. Again they’re protected animals so no actions could be taken. It was generally not too bad but I was annoyed by some missing details."
"Lived here for multiple years. Apartment itself was clean and maintenance was very responsive. Elevator was broken in our building for months. We lived in an unrenovated apartment with no microwave, basic kitchen, and carpet. They raised the rent 15% equaling hundreds of dollars more per month on tenants like this 2 years in a row to price us all out so they could renovate. There were 4 other units moving out the same weekend we were. They don't care about loyal paying tenants. Over the time we lived there, our rent would have increased over $500 per month if we renewed so we left. On top of the ever increasing rent, you're required to pay $35/month for trash pickup and $5/month pest control and water/sewer/electric. It's a nice location but pricing is like downtown Philadelphia. You could stay in a long term hotel for cheaper and not have to pay for utilities."
"Although we couldn’t move in but the staff helped us to cancel our lease without any additional fees understanding our situation and being flexible to let us go. I really appreciate their help. Brittany was really nice and kind when we explained our situation she acted promptly. Would definitely recommend"
