I gave to one of my family members who ended up not being able to use the card either. After calling and speaking to the manager, they offered 0 resolution."

"Absolutely amazing facial. I had an introductory facial plus a microdermabrasion and I'm absolutely glowing (as much as a 62 year old broad can glow!). The woman who helped me was amazing, a true pro and just the right amount of conversation and quiet. My only issue (which is more on me than them) is that I felt pressured to buy product. Before I could come out of the room after dressing, the products she had mentioned were lined up for me to consider while I was paying. I didn't like that part. I didn't buy and I understand its part of their business, but it turned me off just a bit. Otherwise, absolutely perfect."

I had the peppermint scalp treatment AS WELL because I have dry scalp and it was amazing. Smells great too. Shannon was so great with the massage I had. She wasn't rough at all and I was so relaxed!!! It took me a minute to come back down to earth. Can't wait for my next treatment."
