These people work really hard everyday and are great. However, if you're looking for a more schedule/appointment based salon I recommend going elsewhere."

"I can't even begin to describe how TERRIBLE this place was for me! I got my powder nails done several times I was having chips here and there but I was ok with it. The last time I got them done one of the girls did it for me and I have no idea but the nails did not last ONE DAY!!! I had to go back only two days after with THREE of my nails chipped already. The same girl tried to fix it by adding more coats on top of what I have and she kept apologizing so I didn't make a big deal out of it. In the same week I had one completely fell and I called the owner she said I should come and she would help me. I went and the owner RUBY was totally RUDE first she stared at me and was not nice and told me to have a seat in a very unfriendly attitude. I waited like 30 minutes then she started working on it and was so angry and she asked for 5 dollars for the one nail she was fixing which she was normally charging 3 dollars the week prior. I was trying to explain her that this time my nails were done incorrectly so I was having these issues but oh my Goodness she was yelling and was so loud and everybody was staring at us. She was yelling so loud I have never experienced such a bad treatment at place we all actually go to feel better NOT TO BE YELLED AT!!!!!! I have never seen in my life A BUSINESS OWNER CAN BE THIS RUDE AND LOUD TO A CUSTOMER. I always left generous tips whenever I went there and never had such a treatment from a person from a service that I actually paid for. Not for nothing but a business owner should not yell at a customer while I was very calm and just trying to seek for help for a failed service I already paid for. SUCH A SHAME!"
