"I had the best experience at Sephora today! I came in looking for a new water based concealer, and Jada was so helpful! She helped me pick a concealer that had a good undertone & went well with my skin tone! She sanitized the testers for me so I would be able to apply it on my skin. She even suggested some setting powders & gave me those samples!! We need more people like Jada, thank you for today! 10/10 experience"

Placed an order and then when I went to pick it up I was told that they have no control over the inventory and we’re not sure when it would arrive or if it would arrive. “Maybe tomorrow, I am not sure. We have no control over the inventory.” When I asked if they knew where I would be able to purchase the item they said, “I have no idea, maybe look it up online.”"
