"The people here are amazingly friendly and accommodating! They always make you feel at home and make sure to address every concern. I am kinda picky when it comes to my hair, and Beth did an amazing job addressing every little thing I brought up. The haircut itself is amazing! Beth really knows what she's doing and really goes the extra mile to make sure the cut is perfect. I'm a man with long hair, and typically salon stylists don't put as much effort into my cut because they think I'll be okay with whatever. Not the case with Beth (and I'm assuming the whole staff)!!! Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough. One more thing: I got a haircut and was slightly unhappy with one aspect of it, and I went back 11 whole days later to get it fixed. I was FULLY expecting to pay before I went, and Beth gave me a full cut and everything when I got there. When I went to pay, they said that there was no need! I couldn't believe it. Honestly, this place is the definition of above-and-beyond service. So glad I found them!!"

"I've been using this salon for many years now and have been very satisfied until this year. The owner, citing credit card fees, refuses to accept tips on a credit card. This is a service industry, you don't inconvenience the customer. I've complained a number of times, but the owner doesn't care."
