"I went with my wife for couple's massage. From our experience, these are few points to note: While the massage was done quite well, every other thing was just wrong. You could say the bedside manners there need serious improvement. You come in and immediately are hurried into the massage room without any pleasantry or courtesy; not even trying to understand why you came or how best to serve you. During the massage, both masseuses couldn't stop chatting which is very distracting for a place that requires a calm ambience — then one took multiple video calls (amazing!). The light in the room was too bright. Why? After the massage, one of them was requesting for tip with an unnerving sense of entitlement without listening to feedback on what they did wrong. Good luck to those who will or might."

"My first time and I came here because of the good reviews. The massage was not a real deep tissue massage. I've had many in my life. She used a lot of forearms but not with her hands as I was expecting. The real issue was when the timer went off and she stopped 9 minutes short of the full hour. I made her aware of this and she motioned to go back, I declined. She knew better. I tried, but sad outcome."
