"I want to be sure I am fair on this one. I went to Arlena on recommendation after seeing a gorgeous acrylic set she did on a friend. She did a beautiful pedi for me and more sets of acrylics for my daughter and friend. I had her do a beautiful design mani on my natural nails for my wedding but the polish starting peeling off completely within 8 hours. I was unhappy with her initial reply which was simply that she "could not guarantee how long polish lasts on natural nails." I had to request a refund twice which I believe should have been immediately offered. Arlena did refund me against normal policy and did apologize for the situation she left me in just hours before my wedding. As upset as I was with the situation, and will not personally return to the salon, I do have to say that her art skills and acrylics are fantastic."
